Tuesday is dominated by the Moon’s conjunction with Neptune in Pisces. This is a dreamy, narcotic combination. It’s not suited to industry, but it’ll do just fine for a holiday largely defined by alcohol consumption.
There’s not much to contradict the blurry Neptune vibe until very, very late. Well after the clock strikes midnight, the Moon hits sextiles with Saturn and then Pluto, grounding matters in the first hours of a new decade.
