Friday begins with the Moon in an opposition with hard, cold Saturn, starting things off amidst a slow, joyless ambiance. Things brighten considerably as the day continues, though.
Venus enters Aries mid-day, growing a pair of ram’s horns and setting phasers to scorch. Venus’ time in Aries is less harmonious than in Pisces, but it can make for moments of bombastic fun. Venus is, nonetheless, considered to be in detriment in Aries, as the planet has little power to quell conflict. Friction either becomes a type of relating, or is simply decided into antagonism. Venus will be in Aries until March 4th.
The Moon also moves from water to fire today, leaving behind Cancer in favor of bold Leo during the afternoon. The Moon and Venus trine almost immediately, letting us feel the full shift of Venus’ move. It is this shift which takes us into night, where the Moon’s evening encounter with disruptive Uranus awaits. Relational dynamics, moods, and plans are all prone to swift mutation tonight.
