Today the waxing Moon in Virgo makes an opposition with Neptune, which may see to-do lists dropped in toilets, and simple plans drift sideways. Nightfall sees the Moon rise big, bright, and full. Though the Moon technically reaches maximum capacity Sunday morning, Saturday night offers the best seat to this month’s silver spectacle.
The Full Moon in Virgo spotlights the relationship between the big picture and the tiny details, and asks that we reconcile the two. It is worth noting that this is the first lunation since January to go uneclipsed, officially bringing us out that shadowed cycle.
