Venus in Aries and Jupiter in Libra complete their opposition today. Together, these planets are the two benefics, the two goods — the lesser and the greater, the particular and the global. While Jupiter advocates for general well-being, Venus focuses on specific relationships and satisfactions. While in opposition they may argue, but they do so over what is best, and how we might obtain it.
This opposition occurs as Venus steps into fresh territory for the first time in months. There is thus a need to make peace with what’s happened and to move on to making the most of opportunities, some of which may have lain fallow while Venus’ dramatic retrograde dominated the foreground.
