December 24, 2019Astrology of Thursday, December 26th 2019
December 26, 2019This Christmas day is host to an annular solar eclipse in Capricorn, which will be visible primarily in southern Asia, but felt globally.
This eclipse, which takes place astride the Dragon’s Tail, has as its theme the great gift of absence. The darkened circle of the Sun is in fact the Holy Grail of Marie Kondo. What the empty cup contains is a treasure to rival any glittering hoard— space. Without sufficient space, truths must contort themselves into cramped, mangled abbreviations. The same goes for loves, only doubly so.
The eclipse this evening sprinkles the seeds, but it will take much of the next month for them to flower into a bouquet of delightful absences.
