Saturday begins with a flurry of aspects. The Moon trines Venus in Taurus and conjoins Saturn in Capricorn, just as the two complete a trine. Under these conditions, Venus brings some joy to Saturn’s duty, while Saturn points Venus’ aesthetic orientation toward practical projects. Their configuration also highlights the topic of boundaries within relationships, both romantic and otherwise.
Shortly after conjoining Saturn, Luna moves on to make a conjunction with red Mars, which fires up Saturday’s skies. Although Mars can be motivating, the quick succession of Saturn-Mars aspects today may awaken some ugly moods. As the day continues, things slowly sort themselves out, though conditions do not, by any means, become ideal.
Night sees a half Moon rise, ushering us into the 4th and final quarter of the lunar month. This half-Moon spends the wee hours conjunct Pluto, making the night all the darker.
