Saturday is subject to divergent influences. The first portion of the day sees the Moon in Capricorn make a buoyant sextile with Jupiter in Scorpio, followed quickly by a square with Mercury in Aries and a conjunction with shadowy Pluto. Thus while Jupiter tries to uplift the day, the Moon-Pluto conjunction opens a variety of small portals to the underworld, out of which odd thoughts or feelings might emerge, and into which trains of thought can fall. The intellect is drawn towards mysteries of both self and world, but may become lost in the tunnels it travels.
Night possesses a more straight forward nature, as it is characterized solely by the Moon’s conjunction with red Mars. Although the fire of Mars can be turned to productive and constructive ends, as the intemperate heat of the forge is turned toward the transformation of metal, that same flame can also kindle irritations and conflagrations. Annoyances thrive under Moon-Mars conjunctions, as do squabbles.
