The Sun and retrograde Mercury conjoin today at 28 Cancer. This moment is the dead center of Mercury’s retrograde, and the point where Mercury sits directly between the Sun and the Earth. Called the “inferior” conjunction, it is the heart of the Messenger’s underworld journey, the discovery of that nether-realm’s innermost sanctum. It is a time of unusual clarity.
