August begin with the Moon’s entry into fiery Sagittarius. Luna races through the day, eager to make a trio of evening aspects to Mercury, Mars and then the Sun. There is vigor and circulation here, due to the Moon’s trines with Mars and the Sun in Leo, but the square to Mercury in Virgo advises that we not get ahead of ourselves, and that doing things right the first time, even if it takes longer, is ultimately quicker than having to re-do them because they were accomplished sloppily.
Evening is particularly fiery, due not only to the Moon’s trines with the warm Sun and hot Mars in Leo, but also because Luna conjoins the bright red star Antares late at night. Roast a marshmallow over the astral fire on offer, but take care not to burn yourself.
