The Sun in Cancer aspects Neptune in Pisces and Jupiter in Libra simultaneously today. The trine with Neptune gives a sense of flow, or peace, while the square with Jupiter provides a somewhat awkward angle on the way projects are developing. The Moon also aspects both Neptune and Jupiter today, but from different angles. There is thus mixture of haziness and optimism which forms the background of Wednesday.
The key bit of the planetary action, though, is Mercury’s entrance into Leo around sunset. This ingress entails a shift in communication from a private to more a public mode. Thoughts turn to tricks of appearance and methods of presentation, and voices get louder, though not necessarily more coherent. Mercury will be in Leo until July 25th. The initial ingress today and the subsequent days will bring out the best of Mercury in Leo due to the sextile with benefic Venus.
