I haven't gotten an email about X...

If you haven’t gotten what you’re waiting for yet, please check your spam folder and add ac[at] as an approved sender in your email client. Also, please make sure that the email address you’re checking is the same one you used to sign up for class or contact us from. The email associated with your account is the one that communications are sent to. Links to attend live classes are also put up in the student forums.

I bought a reading. When can we schedule?

Austin will reach out to you as you get to the top of the waiting list, usually 2-3 weeks from when the reading will be held. Thanks for your patience!

I want a copy of 36 Faces. Where can I get one?

The first printing of 36 Faces is completely sold out and we have no more copies. Please sign up for the mailing list to get updates on when the second printing or edition will be made available.

How do I download a recording I bought?

There should be a download link in the confirmation email you were sent after your order. You can also go to the My Account section of the website and download from there.

I signed up for an upcoming live class or event. What now?

You will get an email with a link to attend the live class or event through Go To Meeting the night before or the day of the event.

How should I go about buying a class or service for someone else?

That’s so nice of you! Please get them a gift certificate of the right value instead of buying the product or service yourself. This will allow the giftee to sign up for the class/service directly with THEIR own information instead of yours, and it means that THEIR account will be associated with the right downloads and forum permissions instead of yours. This makes life easier for everyone, believe me 😉
