Astrology of Monday, May 8th
May 7, 2017[The Astrology Podcast] May Forecast
May 9, 2017Tuesday is host to several important celestial events. The first of these is the progression of the Dragon’s Head and Tail, the Nodes, into a new pair of signs. The North Node (Head) enters Leo, while the South Node (Tail) enters Aquarius. The two will reside in this pair of signs until the very end of 2018. Though important in the medium term, the Nodes’ change today is likely be occluded by the more significant foreground action taking place.
Mercury makes its third and final conjunction with Uranus in Aries, charging Tuesday with shocking communications, novel perspectives, statements of rebellion and words of liberation. As Mercury shakes his high-voltage caduceus, the Moon waxes dangerously full. Although the Moon does not reach the moment of peak fullness until Wednesday afternoon, it is only a drop shy on Tuesday night. Take care not to drink too deeply of this intensely emotional brew, as a variety of side-effects may well present themselves.
