More important and influential is Mercury’s conjunction with Saturn in Capricorn today. Heavy words and profound thoughts turn up the gravity on cogitations and conversations. Mercury-Saturn conjunctions can be depressing and worrisome, but they also provide opportunities to sit and contemplate things slowly and thoroughly. Needless to say, the Mercury-Saturn conjunction does not provide an ideal backdrop for a night of light-hearted merry-making.
