Daily Astro-Weather

Mercury in Taurus completes a trine with Saturn in Capricorn today, pulling the mind towards concrete matters. Planning, organization, and similarly structured activities are favored here, although Mercury’s square to the Head and Tail of the Dragon speaks to a certain ambivalence about what the right way forward may be.

As the afternoon lengthens, the day’s quality shifts from dry, practical matters toward the leisurely and emotional. The Moon in Cancer forms a grand water trine with Jupiter in Scorpio and Neptune in Pisces. Together, the three ask us to attend to our needs, to seek understanding and to relax into pleasure. The evening and much of the night is subject to this deep flow, but the late-night opposition between the Moon and Pluto, while it may facilitate the emergence of insight from the deeps, is not necessarily comfortable.
