Venus enters Gemini during the first portion of Tuesday. Here the evening star exits Taurus, leaving her place of power behind, and must instead make do with what pleasures can be had in Gemini’s frenetic arcades. Though not as lush as the pastures of Taurus, Venus finds in Gemini the joys of language, the fun of games and the pleasure of witty repartee. Venus will be in Gemini until May 19^th.

Shortly after Venus’ ingress, the Moon in Leo makes a stimulating trine with fiery Uranus in Aries, threading a little lightning into the mid-day atmosphere. Shortly afterward, the Moon enters Virgo and encounters just-ingressed Venus in Gemini, introducing us to this more mental facet of Aphrodite. Look to the pleasures of mind and of word.

As evening approaches and then arrives, the Moon in Virgo edges closer to a late-night trine with the Sun in Taurus. This harmony between the luminaries in earth signs offers an opportunity to ground and center.
