The Sun in lively Gemini completes a trine with Mars in Aquarius today. This is an activating aspect, as both bodies share fire as their preferred element. The Sun also shines a light on the frustrations and potential revolts which Mars has planned for later in the year.
While the Sun and Mars exchange flames, the Moon makes its way through practical Virgo, in an attempt to direct the ambient energy toward concrete tasks. Late night, Luna enters Libra. Although the Moon’s days here are usually a bit lazy, in this case the opposite is true, as the ingress onto the Scales puts the Moon in a mentally over-active grand air trine with Mars and the Sun, which sends electric winds whipping through the night hours. Sleeplessness due to stimulation and/or anxiety is a definite possibility.
