Astrology of Saturday, February 3rd 2018

Daily Astro-Weather

Multiple configurations compete for influence in Saturday’s skies. The first is Mercury in Aquarius’ sextile with Mars in Sagittarius, which energizes and inflames cogitations and conversations.

Meanwhile, Venus in Aquarius completes a square with Jupiter in Scorpio. Friction between Venus and Jupiter generates a lust for the good things in life, the pleasures of both the body and the spirit. Though hungers are roused and indulgences offered, satisfaction may remain elusive.

In the midst of this mental stimulation and luxurious arousal, the Sun conjoins Ketu, the South Node. Ketu’s influence is purging, spiritualizing and ascetic, which provides an odd contrast to the configurations described above. As Saturday offers a grab-bag, its quality may very much depend on which configuration you reach for.
