Though not a delightful influence, it can be very helpful for seeing tasks or issues through to their final conclusion. As the afternoon lengthens, Luna enters grounded Virgo and immediately thereafter trines newly-ingressed Mars in Taurus. There is a slight energy boost here, but it may propel more toward leisure than labor.
Aggressive pleasure-seeking is a bit of theme this Friday evening, as the Moon conjoins the hungry mouth of the Dragon’s Head during the night hours. Meanwhile, Mercury makes an exact conjunction with tiny Chiron in Pisces, perhaps leading the mind back to old wounds ripe for therapeutic reflection, if one has the inclination, time, and space to address such things.
