March begins with the Sun and Moon making powerful, but contrary, aspects to the planets. The Sun in Pisces spends the day in conjunction with watery Neptune, providing a trance-inducing, mildly psychedelic ambiance. Yet while the Sun and Neptune sail the oceans, the Moon makes volcanic conjunctions to both Mars and Uranus. The skies thus offer both fire and water, in extreme and primordial forms. Though each is provided by the heavens, their reconciliation will be a solely human responsibility.
