Friday begins with a soothing and poetic trine between Venus in Scorpio and Neptune in Pisces. Though this blesses the day with artistic flourish, it is nonetheless low energy, and if you’re forced to labor, you may find that the hours drag.
Come night fall, no Moon rises. The New Moon in Scorpio occurs tonight. It is, like all New Moons, Janus-faced, for it asks that you lay the last month’s labors to rest and open yourself to what lies ahead. Yet some things, some feelings, are not so easily released. Like compost, they take time to decompose, to become food for the next generation of life. The past always becomes the future, but not always at the rate we want it to.
