Saturday is host to an extremely intense and deeply inauspicious configuration. Just as the Sun in Aries makes an inflammatory square with Mars in Capricorn, the Moon opposes the red planet. The hours which follow see the Moon moving from the harsh opposition with Mars to a heavy opposition with grim Saturn. Thus the daylight hours see the Moon moving from one malefic to the other. It is a very unfavorable time to schedule anything other than experiences in which one intends to test both their mettle and patience.
After completing the opposition with Saturn, the Moon moves on to a soothing wee-hours trine with Neptune in Pisces, which offers up a bit of dream-time anesthesia.
