Astrology of Tuesday, December 12th

Daily Astro-Weather

Tuesday begins on a somewhat oppressed note, due to the Moon in Libra’s square with heavy Pluto in Capricorn. Although this is the way the day begins, the bulk of Tuesday is quite bright and active, as the Moon aspects almost all of the configurations currently in play.

The most important of these is the Mercury-Sun conjunction which occurs today. Mercury finds its way directly between the Sun and the Earth, and acts a magnifying glass for the solar light, allowing that radiance to penetrate deep into the details of ongoing matters. This moment is the dead-center of Mercury’s retrograde, and provides an opportunity for unusual clarity. It is not necessarily an auspicious time for action, but it is an excellent one for contemplation and conversation.
