Astrology of Wednesday, August 16th

Daily Astro-Weather

Wednesday is contrary grab-bag of influences. It’s nature and quality may change several times as the hour progresses, which is to some degree appropriate, as it is the day of Mercury, and Mercury is currently quite retrograde. Wednesday begins with the Moon’s potentially confusing square to clarity-melting Neptune. Yet the disorienting fog which rolls across the morning is blown away by the Moon’s sextile to bright, hard Mars during mid-day, which helps get things back on-task. The Moon then moves on to make a happy trine with Jupiter in Libra during the afternoon hours, but falls into a difficult opposition with Saturn as night approaches. Meanwhile, Venus in Cancer completes a square with Jupiter in Libra, threading a sweet but insatiable current into the day.
