The Sun sextiles Saturn perfectly today, gently spotlighting matters of organization. Meanwhile, Mars and Jupiter conjoin in Capricorn, a triumphant, if fearsome, combination good for bold but concrete plans.
During the evening, Sun rolls into Aries and harnesses a pair of Rams to the chariot. This
ingress marks the equinox, a moment of equality between light and night. From this point of balance, the ratio will begin to swing in favor of one over the other. In the northern hemisphere, it is spring’s start and the triumph of day, while in the south it is the cusp of autumn, and the beginning of night’s reign. In Aries, Sol illuminates potential, heats the spirit, and sets the body in motion. Here the golden rays are vigorous, but combative. The Sun will be in Aries until April 19th.
Finally, the wee hours are blessed by the Moon’s configuration to Venus in Taurus whichHoroscopes & Ongoing Influences
drizzles a bit of indulgence across the late-late night.

The Moon spends the daylight in late Capricorn, conjoined first to dark Pluto and then to heavy
Saturn. The space between these two planets is daunting and hard, but it is exactly that space,
between a rock and a haunted place, that victory or defeat will be decided this year. Though not
the only nor the last, today is one our handful of visits to this place of outcomes.
Yet after sunset, we depart for another site entirely. The Moon enters Aquarius during theHoroscopes & Ongoing Influences
evening, exchanging the day’s pressures for a night of near-future possibilities, some of which are
subject to sudden change.

The first portion of the day is overseen by the Moon in Capricorn’s trine with luxuriant VenusHoroscopes & Ongoing Influences
in Taurus, smoothing our passage into a day more focused on industry than leisure. Though
the exact conjunctions do not come until late night, the Moon spends the day within spitting distance of Mars and Jupiter. Being the day of Mars, it is a right time to make bold efforts. A day-
long forced march is worth calling for, as triumphs wait just over the horizon.

Tail in the Goat’s hard sign. The Moon’s time there over the next few days marks a time for
giving lagging projects a hard push. Luna’s sextile with Mercury helps us attend to scheduling
and communication, and the trine to Uranus can help inspire us to bring our environment into
alignment with our will. The conjunction of the Moon and the Tail of the Dragon, gives the day
a somewhat distant, ascetic quality, better for letting go than gripping tight.

The Moon in Sagittarius’ steady ride is slowed and distracted by a square with Neptune during the first portion of the day. The imaginal terrain may temporarily overshadow the physical for a bit, but the Moon passes on from the aspect during the afternoon.
Halfway through the night, the Moon rises half-full and waning, marking our entrance into the conclusion-seeking 4th and final quarter of the lunar month.
Meanwhile, Mercury re-enters Pisces, for a third and final pass over the early degrees of the marine sign. We go once again into the water, but this time with a lighthouse to guide us through the mists. Mercury will be in Pisces until April 10th.Horoscopes & Ongoing Influences
